1. Each family is limited to 2 Bingo spots per quarter. Because we are booked through December, the quarters will run January-March, April-June, and July-August. Spots not filled three weeks prior to that date will be opened up to all parents. A group email will be sent out to notify parents of "open" dates.
2. Bingo schedules will go up three months in advance, if dates beyond that are hand-written in, they will be erased.
3. Bingo dates cannot be reserved by email, volunteers must sign their name into the Bingo binder.
4. If volunteers must cancel their spot within 1 month of their scheduled date, it will be their responsibility to find a suitable replacement and notify the Bingo coordinator of the change.
5. If volunteers do not find replacements for cancelled spots or do not show up on their scheduled date, they will not be allowed to participate in the Bingo program.
